Integrated Projects (IPX), a spatial intelligence company automating the accurate documentation of buildings, has joined the NVIDIA Inception Program—a global accelerator supporting startups with technical expertise and GPU resources.

This membership supports IPX’s mission to improve buildings by bringing them online accurately—while accelerating development of the BIMIT Engine, the world’s first fully automated system that converts point clouds into 3D models and floor plans.

BIMIT has already delivered verified 3D models for thousands of buildings for leading reality capture companies and the AECO industry; With NVIDIA’s support, IPX can now extend this pipeline to output standardized Universal Scene Description (USD) files, unlocking real-time compatibility with NVIDIA Omniverse.

Acceptance into the NVIDIA Inception Program follows a 122x improvement in speed of modeling production by IPX’s BIMIT Engine 3.0, the machine-learning powered pipeline used internally to generate fully automated 3D architectural as-built models, positioning the company to serve global manufacturers that demand computable, sharable building data at scale.

Why Now: Industrial AI Meets Automated 3D Modeling

NVIDIA’s new “Mega” Omniverse Blueprint offers a reference workflow to simulate multi-robot fleets in industrial facilities using USD (OpenUSD). But operators still lack a scalable, affordable way to generate the building geometry needed to power that workflow.

While point cloud scans are abundant, converting terabytes of raw data into usable USD models still relies on manual modeling teams—slowing deployment and inflating costs. IPX solves this bottleneck by automating that translation, delivering verification-grade models ready for the Omniverse ecosystem.

As capital budgets tighten, CIOs and Heads of Real Estate are demanding predictable timelines and costs before green-lighting large digital-twin programs—exactly the criteria BIMIT now enables.

A Scalable On-ramp for Operators to the Omniverse

BIMIT already ingests e57 and XYZ point cloud files, processing more than 15 billion points per day.

In BIMIT's training environment last quarter, the engine converted over 900,000 square feet of commercial and industrial spaces into standardized 3D models inclusive of walls, doors, windows, columns, ceilings, and floors—with each model averaging less than 60 minutes to process using NVIDIA A100 GPU's.

Today, these models augment IPX's existing human-in-the-loop model creation process—with a clear line of sight to fully commercializing the BIMIT Engine's fully automated capability. To date, IPX's BIMIT service has averaged nearly 4 buildings digitized per day.

"Soon, the only limit to digitization will be GPU power and the volume of scans generated globally," says Jose Cruz, Founder and CEO of IPX. "NVIDIA's support puts us on a path to deliver thousands of Omniverse-ready models—automatically—per day."

3X YoY growth in enterprise real estate digitization, and expected to grow

Usage of BIMIT has tripled year-over-year, with more than 5,000+ buildings digitized for three core segments: laser-scanning service providers, AEC firms and multi-location owner-operators.

Recent wins include a Fortune 100 manufacturer digitizing 14 million square feet of production space and a global retailer standardizing BIM for 1,200 stores. Sixty-five percent of Q1 2025 orders came from returning customers, underscoring the value of faster turnaround and transparent, usage-based pricing.

Through the NVIDIA Inception Program, IPX receives Deep Learning Institute credits, GPU discounts and joint-marketing opportunities that will accelerate its computer-vision roadmap and boost visibility inside the Omniverse ecosystem.

With buildings responsible for 37 percent of global emissions, turning static square footage into live, computable data is no longer optional—it is the prerequisite for sustainable, AI-driven operations.
