NEW YORK, NY -- Nov. 2, 2023 -- Integrated Projects will be featured in the Viewpoint documentary series on PBS. Viewpoint, the acclaimed documentary series hosted by actor Dennis Quaid, is designed to enlighten the audience by delivering diverse educational documentaries on a variety of topics. Integrated Projects, along with key figures from the property investment and management industry, will be part of an episode called "The Future of Real Estate," showcasing the emerging technologies commercial real estate owners are using to help them adapt to a rapidly-changing economic landscape.
New CO2 emissions regulations, growing global demand for housing and hybrid work, and the increased cost of materials and labor have created a perfect storm for landlords. Being able to answer 'what, exactly is in my building?' empowers building owners to proactively improve and adapt their physical structures—at scale.
Viewpoint's partners are invited to participate based on their relevance and their ability to educate within their specific industry, so the IP team is honored to be chosen from a long list of companies using technology in innovative ways. Representing Integrated Projects in the documentary will be Jose Cruz Jr, Founder & CEO, as well as Thomas Czerniawski, PhD, Applied Machine Learning Scientist, who is using machine learning to help real estate owners get accurate building data faster than ever before.
The IP team will be joined by Joseph Zink, CEO at Atlantic Management. Atlantic Management owns and manages more than 5 million square feet of property throughout New England and advises investors on how to adapt and capitalize on changing real estate market conditions.
Frank Forte, Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Lucern Capital Partners, will round out the interviewees, providing the perspective of a team focused on long-term sustainable cash flow, dismissing the risky, short-sighted approach of investing in the “next hot location or industry".
Viewpoint's production team is actively preparing for the filming of this episode later in 2023, which promises to be a thought-provoking and insightful exploration of the real estate industry's digital revolution.
